This 2 hour private session is a powerful, trauma-informed experience designed to bring your body out of survival mode and back into safety, softness, and connection. Whether you’ve been stuck in cycles of anxiety, exhaustion, shutdown, or emotional overwhelm — this session helps your body unlearn the patterns that keep it braced and start remembering what calm, regulated aliveness feels like again.

  • You live in “go mode” but can’t seem to truly rest

  • You’re tired of intellectualizing your healing and want to feel the change in your body

What to Expect

Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique nervous system.

You’ll be held in a safe, compassionate space where your body leads the way.

We move slowly, allowing your body to lead the pace — never pushing, never forcing.

You’ll be guided through a sequence of somatic, breath-based, and nervous system regulation practices designed to:

  • Unravel layers of stored stress, tension, and emotional residue

  • Activate the vagus nerve to reawaken calm and safety

  • Help your body complete unfinished stress cycles

  • Soften the hypervigilant patterns that keep you braced for the next impact

  • Reconnect you to the grounded, peaceful version of yourself beneath the survival state

You may cry and you may feel waves of emotion move through.

All of it is your body finally doing what it needed to do all along — complete, release, and reset.

•Nervous system mapping and state awareness

•Somatic and breath-based release techniques

•Gentle body-based and vagal toning practices

•Guided regulation and grounding

•Emotional processing and integration work

•Closing reflection and personalized home practices
