This 6-session private experience gently guides you through powerful awareness, tools, and nervous system education — so you can stop living in survival mode and start living in self-regulated wholeness.

Session-by-Session Journey:
Session 1: The Truth About Dysregulation
Map your survival state (fight, flight, freeze, fawn), learn how trauma shaped your body’s reactions, and start building awareness without shame.
Session 2: Triggers + The Trauma Loop
We’ll identify your personal triggers, explore how your system gets hijacked, and practice in-the-moment tools using the Trigger Repair Method™
Session 3: Building a Felt Sense of Safety
You’ll begin reconnecting with what safety feels like inside your body—possibly for the first time. We’ll anchor this through breath, posture, and micro-moments.
Session 4: Rewiring the Pattern
We’ll interrupt the trauma loops, create nervous system pause rituals, and help you imprint new responses—ones that come from choice, not reflex.
Session 5: You Are Not Your State
Together, we’ll separate your identity from your trauma responses. This is where we reclaim your self-respect, boundaries, and connection to who you really are.
Session 6: Living From the Regulated Self
This final session brings it all together. You’ll walk away with your personal Self-Regulation Plan, a deeper trust in your body, and tools to stay steady as you grow.
