Deep Nervous System Reset for Women
On International Women’s Day, we’re not gathering to push harder or power through.
We’re gathering to let the body finally soften.
Women carry so much emotionally, mentally, physically, and energetically. Over time, the nervous system adapts by staying alert, braced, or shut down just to keep up. Even when life looks “fine,” the body may still be holding years of unprocessed stress.
This special International Women’s Day pop-up is an invitation to pause, drop out of survival mode, and allow your nervous system to return to a felt sense of safety.
This is a deeply trauma-informed, body-based experience designed to support regulation, release stored tension, and restore internal steadiness, without force, pressure, or pushing.

Very gentle and trauma informed breathwork for nervous system repair
Soothing, trauma-informed somatic movement
Restorative and regulating poses for emotional unwinding
Vagal toning + downshifting techniques
Breath patterns that melt stress from the body
Practical tools you can take home for daily regulation
A guided emotional release meditation to close the class
