• Deep, guided somatic practices to release stored tension and long-held bracing

• Powerful identity work to uncover what you’ve been carrying and why

• Structured, supported emotional processing in a contained environment

• Embodied boundary work that feels steady instead of reactive

• A transformative Letting Go ceremony where you physically and emotionally release what no longer belongs to you

• Intentional integration time in nature, supported by heat and water regulation

• Access to the pool, hot tub, and outdoor sauna
